"Philippians 2 is our life passage. We read it at our wedding and it’s hanging in our kitchen. It’s at the heart of our marriage, our home, and our ministry. Be United in Christ. Have the same spirit He has. Value others above yourselves. Be humble to the point of ridicule and persecution. Do not complain or grumble or argue or be divisive, even when you think you’re justified in doing so. Only THEN you will shine like stars in a warped and crooked generation, pointing back to the giver of every good thing. Do nothing out of selfish ambition, but aim to make His Name, His Glory, and His Renowned known. It is our prayer that this message will encourage and convict you to work out your faith with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill HIS good purpose, not our own. Do everything without complaining. THEN we will shine, and He will be glorified"
